Vanilla Semolina Pudding


If you have a sweet tooth this is perfect!!!!!    

 
This recipe will be good as a mini dessert. This pudding sets up beautifully so you can have it in any shape and size. Also you can add any color too.





 



Recipe
  •  Recipe makes 8 mini serving

  • Cook time 10 mins
 
Ingredients
1 cup Semolina Flour
½ Cup Condense milk
1 cup Evaporated milk (you can substitute with coconut milk or regular milk)
2 tbsp white sugar
2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 Vanilla pod
Pinch of salt
Meringue cookies for garnish and added crunch
Directions
1.   Bring condense milk and evaporated milk to a boil. Reduce to simmer.
2.   When the milk comes to a boil add the sugar and semolina and stir together. Continue to stir until semolina slightly thickened
3.   Take the mixture out of flame add salt,sugar, vanilla and vanilla pod (split the vanilla pod in half and scrap out all the vanilla speaks out)
4.   You can separate the mixture in to separate bowls and add color. Pour semolina in to bowls, garnish it with meringue cookies or any kind of nuts. Serve this chill or warm.
5.   Also you could spread it onto a buttered sheet pan and when it sets you cut it any shape you want.
