Almond Pear Tart

Ok first of all I got to say personally I don’t like tarts, but I know a lot of people loves tarts!!!! J I have not tried out the tart recipes out there, so far i have made only the recipes that I have come up with. This one I have made a few times and every time I have made it who ever who had it loved it. So I thought to share it with everyone.

The cultivation of the pear in cool temperate climates extends to the remotest antiquity, and there is evidence of its use as a food since prehistoric times. Many traces of it have been found in the Swiss lake-dwellings.

Vanilla Semolina Pudding

This recipe will be good as a mini dessert. This pudding sets up beautifully so you can have it in any shape and size. Also you can add any color too.

These adorable mini cakes can be use for any occasion such as birthday, baby shower, bridal shower, weddings and extra……  Also give your gusts or friends and family as a giveaway item.

 I personally like to do decorated  mini cakes and cupcakes because you can challenge yourself with tiny detail work.  These minis are vanilla cake with vanilla almond butter cream, covered and decorated with fondant.

Perfect way to welcome spring -All butter cake with vanilla cream    

I think this spring is the most waited spring after the terrible winter we had with loads of snow. So I was thinking this spring is the perfect time to publish my blog with the butter cake post which everybody loves to eat.  

This is a very dense cake, not like your regular butter cake or pound cake. this will be good with vanilla cream, lemon cream, strawberry cream or almond cream.
